I absolutely loved the nostalgic decor at the hotel. It reminded me of the good old days and brought back memories from my youth. The general areas were beautifully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the accessibility for senior people, with easily manageable staircases and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel.

I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes they seemed a bit preoccupied and could have been more helpful in assisting with luggage or offering seating options.

We had a fantastic stay at Gloria Hotel in the middle of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our comfort and meeting all our needs. They even helped us with information and booked our bus tickets and taxis. The hotel's restaurant is also great, with an atmospheric setting and a brilliant breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect for easy access to shops and a vibrant view of the city.

Lovely view from the restaurant, but the bedroom was so small I had to do gymnastics to fit my suitcases in. The noise from the restaurant was just delightful until it closed. The staff were beyond helpful, but who needs that?

The hotel was reliable with lots of a nice size and well-equipped rooms. I was there for 2 nights and ate at open-air restaurant with a view. The service was excellent during my stay. Besides, there was free Wi-Fi and I spent the time lovely. The location was very nice central and incredibly convenient for me, on a shop close by.

Everything was brand-new, so were particularly good views of distant hills. The location was favourable, a couple of blocks away from Union Trade Center. A supermarket and little stores were right next door.

The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Kigali, and the rooftop terrace restaurant offered a great dining experience. Our room was terrific, with a nice view and a balcony, just what we needed.

The breakfast was assorted with pastries and delicious fruit, for instance, and the team was especially helpful and kept the space spotlessly clean. The location was central, near the centre, the restaurant overlooking the street and the Kigali local markets.

The room was tidy, huge with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel had a very central location and it was very close to Muslim Quarter🙂❤❤

This hotel is a great value for money, especially with its location in the city centre, and being literally in the middle of a busy market. The basic amenities offered in the rooms are all that you need, and the staff is friendly and pays attention to detail. The view of the beautiful mountain from some of the rooms is breathtaking, and the breakfast served is delicious with a good selection of food.

No negative aspects to mention, all was satisfactory.
